The five-day 2009 Dongfeng Chaochai Company’s new service provider appraisers training was successfully completed on March 28, 2009. A total of more than 50 new service providers from all over the country participated in the training.

In 2008, after many communications between the relevant leaders and departments of Chaochai and JAC, the cooperation strategy between JAC service providers and DPRK Diesel was achieved. The service providers participating in the training of appraisers are the service providers that have joined Chaochao New Power after January 1, 2008, of which 80% are JAC service stations and some are JAC 4S stores.

Due to the short construction time of the new station, most of them did not undergo systematic training, and were not familiar with the Dongchai series of products. In response to the above problems, in order to strengthen the two-way communication with service providers, the sales company organized the training of the appraisers in a timely manner so that the service providers can quickly familiarize themselves with Chaochao's products, and master the service procedures and various management regulations for the use of Chaochai. Improve service providers' comprehensive service capabilities.

The training focused on the characteristics of new service providers, and focused on comprehensive training in Chaochao's corporate culture, Chaochao's management regulations, and CRM declaration procedures and considerations in the audit process. The training contents of the Dhachai products covered the entire range of products of Chaochao, including the DPRK. Chaiguo three series of product introduction, electronic control system working principle and use and maintenance; Chaochai QD32, 4A22 series diesel engine structural characteristics and use of maintenance; Chao Chai country three machine fault diagnosis and common fault handling. After the theoretical class, a detailed disassembly assembly training was performed on the spot for prototypes of the above models in the quality department laboratory. During the training, all the trainees were also invited to visit the assembly line and the joint workshop to improve the awareness of all the trainees on the company’s corporate culture and the Chaochai Engine.

After the training, the organizer conducted an appraisal qualification test. For those who passed the exam, the company was awarded the “Continuing Education and Training Certificate for Service and Business Personnel” of Chaochai Company to obtain the qualification for service of the Chaochai Engine.
