1. Bakelite mold heating

2. Temperature rise of bakelite injection molding material

The customized material of bakelite injection molding machine is generally powder. Under the friction formed by the barrel heating device and the screw, the thermosetting plastic in the barrel is melted by heat to achieve the effect of pre-setting plastic material.

3. Injection molding of bakelite products

After the completion of pre-molding, the mold closes, the screw rod starts to inject, and the molten material is pushed by the screw from the barrel nozzle through the main channel, the diversion channel and the gate of the mold into the mold core, and the mold core is fully filled. Because the melted material is cut and heated during injection molding and the mold is at high temperature, the temperature of the melted material rises rapidly into a fast response situation. The injection time of bakelite products is different from that of plastic products, and the injection time of bakelite products is relatively long.

4. Dry and solid under pressure

After injection, it will enter the pressure maintaining state immediately. The effect of pressure maintaining has two aspects: one is shrinkage, and the other is to ensure that the product structure produced by the bakelite injection molding machine manufacturer can be close and firm. After the completion of pressure maintaining, it will be delayed for a period of time, waiting for the material to be completely dry and solid, and then the product will be finalized.
