Hebei Province, non-ferrous metals company XIAOSIGOU mine since 1980 and converting the production of molybdenum concentrate, molybdenum concentrate beneficiation plant is based on the quality of the Ministry of Metallurgy ministerial YBV60 ~ 65 standard (first grade> 47% molybdenum, two Products > 45% molybdenum) to organize production, such as the quality of molybdenum concentrates from 1980 to 1982 were 47.46%. 48.07%, 47.17%. Compared with the molybdenum concentrate quality of >54% in the international market, the difference is large. Due to the low quality of the produced molybdenum concentrate, the product has poor competitiveness and the price is low. .
According to the data and experience of improving the quality of molybdenum concentrate at domestic and international concentrators, it is determined that the molybdenum-copper separation is carried out before the flotation, and the two-stage re-grinding is used to improve the quality of molybdenum concentrate.
1. Molybdenum-copper mixed concentrate thick drug removal In order to facilitate the separation of flotation of molybdenum and copper to improve the grade of molybdenum coarse concentrate, the mixed concentrate before molybdenum-copper separation flotation is strongly decontaminated. The test results are shown in the following table.

It can be seen from the above table that the molybdenum-copper mixed concentrate can prevent or reduce the stickiness of the molybdenum-copper separation coarse selection operation after the thick drug removal, and improve the separation and rough selection operation conditions, thereby improving the molybdenum-copper separation coarse and fine mineral production. The molybdenum grade is 1.82%, especially for the molybdenum-copper separation flotation operation.
2. Molybdenum concentrate re-grinding Because the quality of molybdenum concentrate requires 51 to 54% of molybdenum ore to be 85 to 95% of molybdenum ore, which requires molybdenite to dissociate, for which molybdenum concentrate is For regrind, the relationship between regrind and grade is shown in the table below.

It can be clearly seen from the above table that as the regrind fineness increases, the grade of molybdenum concentrate increases remarkably, and the impurities (copper) of molybdenum concentrate are also reduced, and the fineness of molybdenum concentrate is -360 mesh. 86% is the best, but it is difficult to grind it in a piece of real distance in the field. In order to make the regrind fineness gradually grind, and then add a section of regrind, the molybdenite can reach a relatively complete single. Dissociation, production of fresh molybdenite surface, is conducive to the improvement of the grade of molybdenum concentrate, so a section of regrind fineness is determined to be -360 mesh 68%, re-grind with secondary selected foam, and its two sections are reground The relationship between fineness and concentrate grade and recovery is shown in the table below.

The index of one-stage and two-stage re-milling small closed-circuit test is: a re-grinding molybdenum concentrate grade of 50.685% Mo, the recovery rate is 96.77%; the two-stage re-grinding molybdenum concentrate grade is 53.395% Mo, and the recovery rate is more than 53%.

Shredder

Shredder

The shredder is a device specially used to shred various waste items and materials into small pieces or particles. It is widely used in waste treatment, resource recycling and industrial production. It shears, tears and breaks materials by rotating blades or knife rollers, turning large or whole items into small pieces that are easy to handle and reuse.
Working principle:
The shredding process usually consists of a set of rotating blades or knife rollers, which rotate at high speed and work relative to fixed blades or screens. After the material is placed in the shredding chamber, it is torn into smaller pieces or particles.
Application areas:
Waste treatment: Treat a variety of wastes including waste furniture, waste metal, waste plastic, waste paper, etc., for subsequent treatment and recycling.
Resource recycling: Through shredding and sorting, waste materials can be effectively decomposed into raw materials that can be reprocessed and reused, such as metals, plastics, paper, etc.
Industrial production: In the production process, it is used to treat remaining waste or defective products to reduce the amount of waste and improve resource utilization.
