Kunming Ship Company successfully developed AGV axle assembly line

Recently, the company plans Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment set independently developed China's first AGV (AGV Automated Guided Vehicle abbreviation) axle assembly production line officially put into operation in China National Heavy Duty Truck bridge box company. Application AGV technology, product quality and controllability to achieve a high precision lifting, assembly line production capacity of 600 / day.

  The project presented several highlights. First, the first use of the drive wheel independently developed by Kunming Ship broke the passive situation of long-term dependence on imports of AGV drive wheels, which greatly reduced the production and maintenance costs of AGV . Secondly, the AGV is equipped with a self-developed special fixture that can be automatically flipped. According to the characteristics of each installation station, the fixture can be automatically flipped to the appropriate angle to maximize the installation of workers. Third, the aerial steel platform and lift combination was used for the first time in the AGV system.
