After starting the engine, light load or no-load preheating should be performed. It is forbidden to idle for a long time. The engine oil pressure must not be exceeded for more than 5 minutes. The engine coolant temperature should be controlled within the normal range to avoid long-time constant speed operation (go-round period). Extinguish and glide. Before turning off, keep running at idle speed for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn off the engine when the temperature drops.
Disconnect the positive battery power cable and the negative battery power cable. Connect the positive power cable and the negative power cable as shown in the following figure.
Turn on the power switch to perform the welding operation.
