The second and third phases of the project are expected to be completed in 2013. The natural gas produced by this project will all be connected to the West-East Gas Pipeline Network.
“The 5.5 billion-yuan coal-based natural gas project in Yining County was registered in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in March 2009.
