*Function characteristics:

Pulse jet bag filter in the ventilation engineering, product processing and air purification system USES is very successful. Pulse bag filter using the concept of innovation of the traditional product design scheme of, not only appearance, graceful and unique structure, excellent performance. 
1,using highly efficient low consumption injection device, achieve low pressure, short pulse injection, an off-line ash removal, increased the strength of ash removal. 
2, air distribution is reasonable,  downstream filtration, make the dust in the filter state have coagulation sedimentation effect, at the same time reduce the bag load and frequency of injection. 
3, filter mouth with elastic ring seal, rigor, tear open outfit is convenient. 
4, filter bag framework using resistance welding, surface smooth without weld mark, solves the wear phenomenon of filter bag and frame, long service life of filter bags. 
5, spray torch should according to the different position with different hair short tube, to ensure that each filter bag dust evenly, prevent damage of deviation and the filter bag. 
5, use "compound micro porous membrane filter material, dust removal efficiency > 99.9%, suitable for high wet dust gas dust removal. 
6, using pulse injection way of ash removal. With soot cleaning effect is good, high purification efficiency, large processing capacity and long life of filter pocket, maintenance workload small, safe and reliable operation, etc.

LB-DY All-in-one Bag Filter Dust Collector
