The fourth is to support the research and development of high value-added new products. In view of the current low-level repetitive construction of low-end general-purpose model products in the domestic chlor-alkali industry, the chlor-alkali industry should vigorously promote the development and application of special grade PVC resin products in the next few years. This is a key step in upgrading the industrial structure of the chlor-alkali industry.
