The workshop departments work together to seize the production preparation and technical process, organize relevant personnel training and evidence collection, and timely solve the problem. During the construction, because the reinforcement method according to the original drawings will cause deformation in the process of segment turning, the manufacturing department will report to the Comprehensive Technology Department in time and communicate after many times, and the method of adding additional pipes is confirmed to ensure the segmentation. In particular, in the segment construction, the deformation of the welding process is caused by thin plates. The manufacturing department has adopted methods such as controlling the welding current and voltage, improving the welding sequence, and fixing the steel in some easily deformable places. Controlled the deformation state; secondly, the manufacturing department successively adopted the " reverse creation " and " side creation " methods for comparison, and finally selected a more suitable " reverse creation " method, which not only saved the tire frame tooling material but also positioned construction. Provided convenience, and accumulated experience for the construction of 1,800 tons of gantry cranes in the second phase of the next phase, laying a solid foundation.
