(5) Use7.5KVA high-frequency ceramic power tube, burn the samples adequately and its stability is good.

(6) Snap-in type automatic sweep technique ( with patent ) and ultramicropore mental dust filter,reducing the influence of dust to analysis result, easy to dismantle, be in favor of maintain.

(7) Low tension heating ring ( with patent technology) heating in furnace end, which can improve the percent conversion and stabilize the analysis result of S.

(8)Infrared detection part and high-frequency furnace are connected by optical (domestic pioneering),coordinate with multilevel covert style isolation circuit,which can avoid the high-frequency interference thoroughly.

 Analysis Software

(1) Operational software: Adopt Deliph software compiler, and WINDOWS Xp English operating software.

(2) Analysis channel:Provide channel management function,C&S channel can add, delete and edit by itself, no quantitative restriction, preset low carbon and high-sulfur interface,realize the automatic switchover of software.

(3) Analysis functions: Analysis procedure dynamic data integral, sampling 24 times/s, improve the sensitivity and accuracy rating of analysis, manage the sample, including edit the name, logo of samples, increase and delete sample name. The software provides multi-user management system, the manager can sset up different user rights. 

(4) Show function: C and S hold a curve box respectively; show the real-time data and C & S release curve in the analysis process dynamically.

(5) Print function: multiple print mode, the two print modes-laboratory and check station are provided, and it can plan print format by itself.

(6) Self diagnosis function: System diagnosis, detecting sealing of the furnace head and gas chamber by software. 

(9) Dedusting and decontamination plant adopt internal pressure seal, tightness and purification effect is good, easy to replace.

(10) WINDOWS Xp English operating interface, the analysis software adopts Deliph software compiling, function setup is powerful, and the interface is distinct and visualized.

Engine Oil

Engine oil, that is, the engine lubricating oil,is equivalent to the blood of a car. The Motor oil consists of two parts: basic oil and additive.

SAE lubricating oil viscosity classification for winter oil grades are: 0W, 5W, 10W, 15W, 20W, 25W, the symbol W represents winter, the smaller the number before W, the lower the low temperature viscosity, the better the low temperature fluidity, suitable for the lower the minimum temperature;

The summer oil grades of SAE lubricating oil viscosity classification are: 20, 30, 40, 50. The larger the number, the greater the viscosity and the higher the applicable maximum temperature;
