The project was approved in 2007. After three years of hard exploration, Chongqing International Composites Co., Ltd. broke through the foreign technology blockade, mastered the design and manufacturing technology of large-scale spinning tank kiln structures, and built the world’s largest and world-class level. The 36,000-ton/year electronic grade glass fiber demonstration production line breaks the monopoly position of Japan and the United States in ultra-fine electronic grade glass fiber products and realizes the localization of E225, DE300, D450 and D900 series ultrafine electronic grade glass fiber products. Large-scale production. During the research process, the research group developed 5 key technologies, 4 high-end new products, and formed 7 invention patents and 4 technical standards.
At present, the ultra-fine electronic grade glass fiber and products developed and produced by this project have been applied in the fields of electronics, aerospace, aerospace and defense. In addition, the ultra-fine electronic yarn developed by this project has also effectively promoted the development and upgrading of electronic grade glass fiber-electronic cloth-copper laminate and PCB industry chain.
