On September 12, 2012, the "11th China International Combustion Engine and Components Exhibition" sponsored by the China National Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association was held in Beijing National Convention Center. During the three-day exhibition, the theme of “innovation and development, energy conservation and emission reduction, and green manufacturing†was adopted. Zhejiang Xinchai Co., Ltd., which is committed to green engine production, also participated in the exhibition. New Chai Booth At this exhibition, Xinchai displayed a total of five engine products. In addition to construction machinery and agricultural engines, a 2.27-liter light truck engine with a capacity of 0.5-1.5 tons of light trucks was exhibited. This engine adopts high pressure common rail system and has already reached the national IV emission standard. According to the person in charge of Xinchai, although the emission standards for the light truck market are not as stringent as those required by medium- and heavy-duty trucks, the pace of development of the company will be closely integrated with the state's control and will be devoted to market-appropriate engine products. At present, the market is still dominated by the State III products. In the first half of the year, sales have already been broken. The State IV also has a small amount of demand. Xinchai Light Truck Engine Xinchai is a company with distinctive personality. It is hailed as the “Xinchai Model†in China’s Xiaochai industry, and can be said to be the leader in the multi-cylinder Xiaochai company. Accurate market positioning and excellent price/performance ratio are the foundations for establishing new Chaiqu into the fast lane of development. The products cover eight models of 485, 490, 495, 498, 4102, 4105, 4108, 4V33, and more than 300 complete products of variant products. Structure, power range covers 30 ~ 140HP, all meet the requirements of national environmental protection regulations, best-selling throughout the country, exported to Europe and the United States, the Middle East and other countries. Xinchai attaches great importance to technological innovation, has excellent provincial-level enterprise technology research and development centers and national post-doctoral research stations, and is committed to the engine's "better performance, lower fuel consumption, and less emissions" design concept. It is understood that in the future, Xinchai will also be involved in the research and development of natural gas engines and create more green engines that are in harmony with nature and in harmony with human survival.
A cyclone sepatation is a method of removing particulates from an air, gas or liquid stream, without the use of filters, through vortex separation. Totational effects and gravity are used to separate mixtures of solid and fluids. A high speed rotating air flow is established within a cylindrical or conical container called a cyclone. Air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top of the cyclone and ending at the bottom end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the centre of the cyclone and out the top. Larger particles in the rotating stream have too much inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream, and thus strike the outside wall, then fall to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed. In a conical system, as the rotating flow moves towards the narrow end of the cycone, the rotation radius of the stream is reduced, thus separating smaller and smaller particles. The cyclone geometry, together with volumetric flow rate, defines the cut point of the cyclone. This is the size of particle that will be removed from the stream with a 50% efficiency. Particles larger than the cut point will be removed with a greater efficiency, and smaller particles with a lower efficiency as they separate with more difficulty or can be subject to re-entrainment when the air vortex reverses direction to move in direction of the outlet
