[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, the project team of “Key Technology Development and Industrialization of Ultra-Low Emission Monitoring Instruments for Coal-Contaminating Pollutants” has developed a series of monitoring instruments, which have been successfully applied in coal-fired power plants, filling the domestic gap and breaking foreign instruments. Technology and market monopoly.

Coal is the basic energy source in China. The development of ultra-low emission monitoring of coal-fired pollutants is of great significance for China to achieve clean coal utilization and ensure energy security. The "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Environmental Protection Equipment Manufacturing Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology clearly mentioned in the air pollution control equipment that it is necessary to promote ultra-low emission of coal-fired power plants and multi-pollutants in non-electrical industries such as steel, coking, non-ferrous metals, building materials and chemicals. Demonstration of application of synergistic control and VOC control technology equipment in key areas.
However, in the past, the technology of this type of instrument was monopolized by foreign countries because it failed to break through the core technology. In the end, the project team of “Key Technology R&D and Industrialization of Ultra-Low Emission Monitoring Instruments for Coal-Contaminating Pollutants” has continuously studied and overcome the technical bottlenecks and successfully developed a series of monitoring instruments to fill the domestic gap.
At the beginning, the monitoring instrument developed by the project team of “Key Technology R&D and Industrialization of Coal-fired Pollutants Ultra-low Emission Monitoring Instrument” only lasted for about 2 weeks, and the stability appeared. Later, the entire team conducted research on the stability of the instrument. After numerous laboratory and field tests and literature review, the cause was finally discovered and the problem was solved by patented technology.
At the same time, in order to transform the project results into productivity as soon as possible, the project team used its own research and development instruments and imported instruments in a coal-fired power plant. After three consecutive months of online comparison monitoring, the results showed that the equipment developed by the project personnel The key indicators should be significantly better than the targets of similar instruments abroad, and also promote the progress of China's ultraviolet spectroscopy monitoring ultra-low concentration pollutants technology.
At present, more than 300 ultra-low concentration monitoring instruments developed by the project have been applied in the ultra-low emission project of nearly 100 coal-fired power plants, which is equivalent to installing “super-low-emission” for ultra-low emission projects of coal-fired power plants. The monitoring data can be By implementing remote transmission, the technical team can better guide the efficient and stable operation of ultra-low emissions of coal-fired power plants.
