RG-18 series low-speed granulators have paddle blades and staggered blades design for customer selection. They are mainly
used for granulating sprues or rejects fed by pickers or belt conveyors beside the molding machines. They feature low speed, high torque, low noise and dust level, excellent quality and performance. Machines are built to comply with CE safety standards.
RG-18 series adopt new type staggered blades and unfixed blades which can keep a settled cutting clearance without adjustment after resharpen; RG-18 employs paddle blades and integration design to obtain better cutting performance.
First, KFK-1 type main technical performance
(1) The main technical performance requirements are as follows:
In different beneficiation processes, powder ore bins can be divided into several different regions.
(1) When there are two processes or ores, the mine bin can be divided into two areas.
(2) If there are three different sorting processes or ores, the mine bin can be divided into three areas.
(3) When there is only one process and one type of ore, it is not necessary to divide the area.
(2) Corresponding to the silo of each grinding machine, one main mine bin can be arbitrarily selected, and the rest is a secondary mine bin. It is also possible to stipulate that a certain mine bin is not allocated ore or several mine bins at the same time. Offside, no ore is allocated.
(3) The trolley can be remotely controlled by the grinding machine corresponding to the mine bin. The trolley only analyzes the corresponding mine bins for the running grinding, and the grinding machine stops, and no mining is given. If necessary, the mill can also be used without stopping, and the car does not mine other mines, or the mill can be used to mine other mines.
(4) There are two ways to divide the car:
(1) Evenly distributed points. Before the main warehouse is not full, the trolley will be divided into the main warehouse corresponding to the running mill, and the mine will be divided into the mines from the east to the west, from the first to the last. The quantity is close, and the car returns to the first mine bin after the final powder mine is divided into mines, and the middle does not stop the mine.
(2) According to the order of the mine bins. After the main warehouse is full, it will no longer be divided into main and deputy. According to the order of the mine bins, when the grinding machine is put into operation, if the main warehouse is not full, then the main and auxiliary mines will be divided into corresponding mining methods.
(5) The control section of the car is melodious, which is the time feeding position.
The measuring level is measured by the resistance method. Each bin has three layers (4, 6, 8 m), the highest layer (8 m) is involved in the control, and the remaining two layers are used for indication only.
When the material level is not at the highest level, the car is controlled by time. The control time can be divided into several grades, such as 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes and 6 shifts, which can be arbitrarily selected and changed. No matter which time bin is selected. When the material level reaches the highest level, the car leaves the warehouse.
(6) There may be a motorized warehouse between the zones. The motorized warehouses between the zones may be classified as Zone A or zone B.
(7) When the trolleys are operated in sequence, each mine that passes through the mine should be divided once.
(8) When the mine bins in the selected operating range are full, the full warehouse signal can be issued. And park your own.
(9) The device is equipped with an analog disk, which can observe the whole silo situation, as well as the opening and parking conditions of the trolley and the grinding machine.

Long-distance controller: When the grinding machine is opened and stopped, the corresponding signal is automatically given, and the trolley is controlled to divide the corresponding silo.
Primary and secondary switching and offside given units: This unit is mainly used to select the main and auxiliary warehouses and offside.
Logical operation: The unit will combine the signal (full or non-full), parking signal, grinding machine opening, parking signal, main and auxiliary warehouse signals, etc., and logically change to give the control unit a driving or parking instruction.
Time given: The car parking time is specified by the unit.
Reverse: When the car and the car reach the ends of the specified section, the U-turn command is issued.
Control: According to the signal logic driving or parking instruction, the time is given by the specified mining time and the reverse command, and the control unit controls the car to automatically divide the mine within the specified interval.
Parking Mancang: When all bins mining carriage between points (including the primary and secondary positions) positions are full, automatically stop the iron plate to the mining machine and then appropriately delay the stop signal is given, the material fell into the first stop belt by the original The interlock makes it possible to achieve automatic parking.
